Step 1 - Sorting, Pricing & Target Dates

Our number one goal is to help you! Together we’ll sort the clutter: Keep, Sell, Donate, Upcycle, Trash. There is no pressure from us, only get rid of what you want. We will discuss your overall goals, determine sales prices with you, label, organize and arrange your belongings. If further research is required, photos will be taken ahead of our next scheduled visit.

Step 2 - Setup, Staging and Photos

Big or small- we can handle it. We have experience with e-commerce, vendor booths, flea markets, consignment, hosting yard sales (interior and exterior) and community block sales. For any in home preparation we can provide foldup tables, clothing racks, small item displays, and arrange the space for shoppers to easily navigate. Our setup designs will highlight the unique features of your belongings to maximize the value and get you the highest return possible. Items will be photographed.

Step 3 - Marketing & Sales

Pictures of your belongings will be showcased online and advertised through social media to gain buyer interest. Sales will be negotiated on your behalf within the pricing range and set availability as agreed.

If items do not sell as expected, you will have the option to keep, upcycle, consign, or donate.
